This sparky wee leaflet is arriving through your letterboxes over the weekend.
As well as being packed with information, there’s also a copy of the Aberdeenshire Council response form.
You can choose to write directly to the Planning Policy Team or complete the response form and return it by post or by email.
All responses, regardless of how you choose to send them, must include the reference number (LDP2021NN), your full name, postal address and postcode, email or telephone number and the date.
Whilst the response forms say that it would be helpful to fill in “separate response forms” for each individual issue, this is related to ease of administration at Aberdeenshire Council. Feel free to respond with one separate response for each issue, especially if this helps break down your concerns and objections. However, we have confirmed with the Planning Policy Team that multiple issues on the same response form will not be rejected.
The more representations that are submitted means our concerns will be taken more seriously during the decision approval process. To maximise representations, submit as individuals rather than as a household group. It would also help if your local councillors are copied into emails or are sent a copy of written representation as they will be voting on the proposed plans.
The response forms are available on Aberdeenshire Council’s website and there’s also extra copies available at the shop. If anyone is struggling or needs extra copies, drop us a message and we will try to help.
We only have till the 31st of July 2020 to make representation. Please find the contact details below:
